Your daily tasks will include scheduling, training, and motivating your team, as well as implementing and monitoring cleaning protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Implement and enforce cleaning protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping operations.
- Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing housekeeping teams in luxury properties.
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with property management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
- Valid certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
