📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor credit control processes, including invoice follow-ups and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide support to the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations or accounting, preferably in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
