📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain network and system performance.,Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Document and track IT issues and resolutions.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the training of new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good understanding of IT security and best practices.,Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus.
