We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team at Town Gate Dinamis in Dili. This is an urgent position, and we need someone who is ready to take on the responsibilities immediately. As a Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our vessels. You will work closely with our crew and management to achieve our company goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety of the vessel and all crew members,Plan and execute voyages according to schedule and company policies,Maintain and inspect the vessel and its equipment,Handle all maritime documents and comply with regulations,Communicate effectively with crew, shore staff, and other stakeholders,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and other operational costs,Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures,Promote a positive and professional work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry,Valid Captain's License (Master Mariner's License),Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations,Experience with vessel maintenance and repair,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with maritime safety procedures and equipment,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
