Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment,Process insurance claims and manage patient records,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations,Follow all health and safety protocols,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Provide information and guidance to patients about healthcare services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
