Shop Spot Jaya is looking for a Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring that the company's needs are met efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that procurement needs are met.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Support the Procurement Manager in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
