📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client needs are met.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach and generate leads.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure contracts.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
