Hokian Indra Motor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Senior Accountant to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Provide financial analysis and advice to the management team to support decision-making.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.,Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.
