📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Handle inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
