📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet,Schedule and route vehicles to ensure efficient use,Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards,Manage and maintain vehicle documentation and records,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders as needed,Provide support and guidance to fleet drivers,Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
