📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee department operations and ensure they align with company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.,Monitor department budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Lead and participate in cross-functional projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.,Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR practices and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
