📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.

Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels.

Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.

Assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

Provide feedback to candidates and clients.

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients.
