In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for identifying areas of risk and making recommendations for improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations and policies.,Identifying areas of risk and making recommendations for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Conducting training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.
