CV Visi Wibawa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our team in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining proper documentation.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and other staff members on accounting procedures and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
