📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring that they are following all safety protocols and regulations.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good condition and that they are properly maintained and serviced.,Plan and coordinate delivery routes, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and safely.,Monitor and report on the performance of the driver team, providing feedback and support as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the driver team is following these guidelines.,Participate in training and development programs for the driver team, helping to improve their skills and knowledge.,Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and operations, to ensure that all delivery needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software.,Experience with fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
