📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve HR practices.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Mandarin or local dialect).,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
