📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.,Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.,Ensure that software development processes are in compliance with industry standards and best practices.,Mentor and coach junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our software solutions are innovative and competitive.,Work closely with the QA team to ensure that our software products meet quality standards and are free of defects.,Participate in performance reviews and appraisals to provide feedback and support to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a software developer, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.,Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and familiarity with web development frameworks such as React or Angular.,Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or MongoDB.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
