📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of facial and body treatments, including massages, wraps, scrubs, and facials, using industry-leading products and techniques.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their concerns and goals, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and products are properly stored and sanitized.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in spa therapy, attending workshops and training sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless client experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and infection control measures.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients warmly and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their treatment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A licensed spa therapist with relevant certifications, such as a Diploma in Spa Therapy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional spa setting, with a strong background in facial and body treatments.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult with clients and provide expert advice.
• Strong knowledge of spa products, techniques, and industry trends.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
