Point Star Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our team in Blitar. We are a growing company in the food service industry, and we are committed to providing our customers with the best dining experience.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to the restaurant's standards and recipes. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Follow health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of food usage and waste.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen.
  • Experience in Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.
