📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Yakult products in the region.
• Coordinate and manage promotional events, including product launches and community outreach programs.
• Develop and maintain our social media presence, creating engaging content and managing our online community.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders to strengthen our brand presence.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our sales team and distributors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a focus on brand promotion and community engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools is a plus.
