As an Operations Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production, efficient supply chain management, and adherence to quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing and optimizing manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and efficient supply chain management.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve operational objectives.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and prepare reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and partners to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes, including lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
