Toko Bangunan Sari Store is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as local regulations and guidelines.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage costs, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using computer software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in restaurant management preferred.
