📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of success in managing HR functions and improving employee engagement.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
