Root Urban Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Oversee employee performance management, including performance reviews and development plans.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
