Robert Walters is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team in Bali. This is a 10-month contract position offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Advisory role to line managers on all HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Oversee HR documentation and reporting.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
  • Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
