📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of the real estate portfolio in Bali.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value and profitability of our assets.
  • Work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that our assets are well-maintained and meet our clients' expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to our clients and management on the performance of our assets.
  • Collaborate with our legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure that our assets are managed in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and service providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in real estate management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate asset management, preferably in Bali or a similar market.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successful asset management and portfolio optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
