As a Senior Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct supplier evaluations and selections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of goods and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
