📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Managing and supervising construction crews, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Inspecting construction sites to ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
  • Ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on construction sites.
  • Developing and implementing safety and quality control procedures.
  • Ensuring that all construction materials and equipment are properly maintained and inspected.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
