In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that support our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents, including manuals, guides, and reports.,Collaborate with engineers and other departments to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.,Review and edit technical documents to improve readability and usability.,Develop and implement document management systems to streamline workflows.,Provide technical support to employees and customers through documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other technical writing tools.,Experience with document management systems and version control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with restaurant or food service industry is a plus.
