📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our dental products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Develop and maintain our knowledge base and help center.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with dental products and services is a plus.,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
