📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and employees,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide support and guidance to employees on career development and growth opportunities within the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and e-learning platforms,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
