📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with high attention to detail and quality.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment to ensure consistent and high-quality coffee.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Promote and upsell our products to drive sales and revenue.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including stocking and organizing retail products.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or café environment, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
