This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, with a strong understanding of the automotive finance industry and a passion for building long-term relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our credit offerings and drive sales growth.
• Identify and prospect potential customers, both individual and corporate, to meet sales targets.
• Negotiate and finalize financing terms and conditions with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth delivery of financial products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automotive finance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role in the automotive finance industry.
• Strong understanding of the automotive finance market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
