As an Operations Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production, efficient supply chain management, and adherence to quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Operations Manager in overseeing and optimizing manufacturing and logistics operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and efficient supply chain management.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve operational objectives.
Conduct regular operational reviews and prepare reports for senior management.
Collaborate with external suppliers and partners to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or logistics.
Proven track record in driving operational excellence and process improvements.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes, including lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
