As a Part-Time Special Education (SPED) Teacher, you will work closely with students to create personalized learning plans, implement evidence-based teaching strategies, and foster a positive learning environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with students, parents, and other educators.
• Teach academic, social, and life skills using evidence-based teaching strategies and adaptive techniques.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure academic and behavioral goals are met.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and interventions using electronic systems like PowerSchool and Edgenuity.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and team-building activities.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Stay updated on best practices in special education and related services through ongoing training and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience in special education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based teaching strategies and adaptive techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as PowerSchool and Edgenuity.
