📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate air and sea freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Track and manage shipments using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Collaborate with international partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new operational procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing air and sea freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally.
