📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement environmental policies and regulations to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Lead and coordinate environmental projects, including audits, assessments, and impact studies.
• Foster strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and community groups to drive sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on environmental management practices and best practices.
• Participate in stakeholder consultations and public hearings to address environmental concerns and promote sustainability.
• Stay updated with the latest environmental regulations and trends to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Train and mentor staff on environmental management practices and sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental governance, policy development, and compliance.
• Proven track record of leading and managing environmental projects and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and environmental impact assessment tools.
• Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
