📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Follow up on overdue payments and work with the sales team to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Utilize accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks to manage financial transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
