📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Document patient care and progress using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
• Collaborate with patients' primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
• Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions, including medication adherence and self-care strategies.
• Monitor and report any changes in patients' health status to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Participate in regular team meetings and staff development activities to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, including infection control and patient safety guidelines.
• Promote a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, fostering trust and open communication with patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active nursing license in Indonesia, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience in providing home care services, preferably in a similar role or setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language used in the workplace.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from patient homes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care.
