As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing potential customers, negotiating financing terms, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our financial products. You will work closely with our sales team to promote our credit offerings and drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, with a strong understanding of the automotive finance industry and a passion for building long-term relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our credit offerings and drive sales growth.
Identify and prospect potential customers, both individual and corporate, to meet sales targets.
Negotiate and finalize financing terms and conditions with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth delivery of financial products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automotive finance.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role in the automotive finance industry.
Strong understanding of the automotive finance market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
