📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all HR functions in Jakarta, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.
• Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and implement programs that support employees' professional growth and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality workforce.
• Foster a culture of excellence and engagement within the Jakarta office.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
