📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Assist with reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide exceptional table service, including refilling drinks, clearing tables, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Maintain a well-organized and attractive dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including decorating, table setting, and cleaning.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Promote our menu items and specials to guests, encouraging them to try new dishes.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Hostess or similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards and procedures.
