📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Conduct job interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates' skills and cultural fit to ensure the best hires.
• Bridge communication between Mandarin-speaking employees and the broader organization, fostering understanding and collaboration.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring fair and competitive benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
